Termoryn Terms of Service

These B2B terms cover Termoryn, provided by Dali AI GmbH, Wassergrabe 4, 6210 Sursee, Switzerland, CHE-410.112.306. The selected order and these terms form the agreement.

Who may use the services

The services are offered to businesses and people acting for professional purposes. You must keep account credentials confidential and promptly report suspected misuse.

Contract and account

A contract begins when Dali AI accepts your registration or order. You confirm that you can bind the named organisation. Each account is personal; your organisation is responsible for authorised users and for keeping its information current.

What the services do

Evidelix publishes customer-supplied trust evidence. Spendoryn records subscriptions and dates but does not cancel contracts or make payments. Termoryn monitors public pages but cannot guarantee every change is detected or legally classified. Replyvora calculates internal response targets and is not a communications or emergency service.

Availability and support

No guaranteed availability, response time or service level applies unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance, security work, third-party outages and events outside reasonable control may affect the service. Support is provided through termoryn@dali-ai.ch.

Plans, renewal and cancellation

The checkout shows the selected scope, billing interval, price and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Price changes are announced at least 30 days before a renewal.

Acceptable use and customer data

You may process only data and public URLs you are authorised to use. Do not upload highly sensitive data, payment-card data or secrets unless Dali AI has expressly approved the use case in writing. You retain rights in your data and permit processing required to provide, secure and support the service.

Software and intellectual property

Dali AI and its licensors retain all rights in the services. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the selected service for your organisation during the subscription. You may not resell, copy, reverse engineer or bypass technical restrictions except where mandatory law permits it.

Warranty and liability

Outputs, reminders, classifications and dates are working aids that you must verify before legal, financial or business decisions. Dali AI remains fully liable where exclusion is unlawful, including unlawful intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to direct foreseeable damage and, where lawful, the fees paid during the preceding twelve months.

Termination and export

Either party may terminate for a material uncured breach or serious security risk. After termination, data is intended to remain exportable for 30 days before deletion, subject to legal retention and backup rotation.

Changes to the service and terms

Dali AI may update the services for security, legal or operational reasons. Material changes to these terms are announced before they take effect. If a material change disadvantages you, you may cancel the affected subscription before the change takes effect.

Law and contact

Swiss law applies. The exclusive venue is Sursee, Canton of Lucerne, where legally permitted. Contact termoryn@dali-ai.ch.
