Privacy Notice

Dali AI GmbH, Wassergrabe 4, 6210 Sursee, Switzerland, privacy@dali-ai.ch, is responsible for account, billing, security and support data.

Data and purposes

We process business contact and organisation details, account roles, consent records, subscription status, security logs and support messages to provide accounts, isolate workspaces, bill subscriptions, prevent misuse and support users. Product data includes trust evidence, software subscription records, public-page snapshots and lead response data, depending on the service used.

Service providers

Fly.io, Inc. hosts the application and persistent volume in Frankfurt, Germany. Stripe processes checkout, subscription and billing data. Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) sends transactional email. These providers may process supporting account, security and delivery data outside Switzerland under their contractual transfer safeguards.

Retention and security

Sessions expire after 30 days. Product data is kept during the contract and is intended to remain exportable for 30 days afterwards. Billing records may be retained for legal obligations. We use hashed credentials and sessions, access controls, tenant filters, signed billing webhooks, encrypted transport, backups and monitoring.

Your rights

You may request information, correction, deletion or data delivery where applicable by emailing privacy@dali-ai.ch. We may verify your identity. If we process data for a customer, that customer remains the contact for the affected person.

Automated decisions

The current products do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Termoryn classifications and Replyvora deadlines are deterministic working aids.

International users

The services are operated from Switzerland and offered to business users internationally. Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in a secure service, or consent for optional technologies. Requests can be sent to privacy@dali-ai.ch.

This notice applies to the current B2B release and is updated when providers, regions or product data flows materially change.
